Your spokesperson, the same face every Tuesday.

Build one original AI spokesperson. Turn a product brief into a 30-second vertical video before lunch, then publish it to Instagram Reels and TikTok from the same screen. No prompt chat, no image tool, no desktop editor, no scheduler tab.

Five tabs, one face that keeps changing.

Today a single spokesperson video means a persona questionnaire in a chat window, reference images in a second tool, scene clips in a third, trimming on a desktop editor, then uploading by hand with captions typed twice. Most of an afternoon if nothing breaks. And on Tuesday the face drifts, so you start over.

SpokesForge is the whole chain as one guided path, with the persona locked at the top so scene five looks like scene one, and next month looks like this month.

Brief in, published Reel out, with a human approval at each gate.

  1. 01

    Persona Studio

Answer a guided brief: look, wardrobe, energy, niche. Approve a reference grid and character sheet. That version is locked forever; every scene reuses it.

  2. 02

    Campaign & storyboard

Type what you sell. The planner returns a premise, locations, 4–6 scene beats, prompts and caption drafts. Edit anything. Approve to reserve credits.

  3. 03

Scenes, with retries you can see

One job per scene, each carrying the identity pack. Pick the best take. If a provider blocks a shot you get the reason and a fallback route, not a spinner.

  4. 04

    Cut and publish

Trim, reorder, caption, end card, export 1080×1920 H.264. Preflight checks the account's real limits, then one confirmation sends it to Reels or TikTok, now or scheduled.

Approve the face once. Every prompt carries it.

Each approved persona version is immutable. The four-view reference grid and a list of immutable facts travel inside every scene request: first as a keyframe that places the persona in the scene, then as the frame the video model animates. Revise the persona and you get version 2; campaigns keep the version they were approved with.

  • · Scene jobs with idempotency keys, bounded retries and an honest failure panel

A service business gets the same treatment.

Serenity Beaute is a lash studio in Singapore. Clara Tan is an original persona, not a member of staff. A six-line brief became a problem-to-solution storyboard, five scenes in a studio that does not exist, captions, an end card and a WhatsApp call to action, all in one sitting.

The studio path from brief to published post is 26 clicks and fields (counted in our automated walkthrough). We allow 45 minutes of hands-on time for reading the plan, editing prompts and picking takes; that is our estimate, not a customer measurement. Generation runs in the queue while you do other work. The hours and tool costs above are yours to change.

Credits are generated seconds. A 30-second video is 30 credits, retakes included only when you ask for them.

Persona packs, planning, editing, export and publishing are included. Live generation runs on the video provider you configure; the demo adapter is free and clearly labelled.

Guardrails in the product, not in a terms page.

Original personas by default

A real person's digital twin needs a consent attestation, upload authorization, ownership note and an audit event before anything generates. Minors, celebrities and public figures are refused.

AI disclosure on, by default

An on-video label at export and the platform's AI-content flag at publish. Owners can adjust it where lawful; every choice is recorded.

Review before spend, review before send

A content check runs on every storyboard and every caption: regulated claims, prohibited brand phrases, impersonation. Blocks stop the action with the reason shown.

Before you sign up

Are the videos on this page AI-generated?
Yes. They were made in SpokesForge with the live adapters (flux-dev persona references, nano-banana-pro keyframes, Hailuo 2.3 video) and carry the AI-generated label. The seeded Northstar demo workspace you can log into is different: it uses synthetic, watermarked placeholder clips so you can test every step without a key.
Can I publish for real?
Yes, once your workspace owner connects an Instagram professional account or a TikTok account. Until TikTok audits the app, TikTok posts go out private; the preflight tells you so.
What happens when a scene fails?
The job shows the provider's error code, a plain-language reason and three buttons: retry, edit prompt, or route to the motion-transfer fallback. Credits are only captured for attempts that ran.
Do credits expire?
Plan credits renew monthly. Credit packs never expire.
Who owns the persona?
Your workspace. Approved versions are kept until you delete them; deletion removes files and rows and is logged.
